I joined Keller Williams Realty in January 2000 after a 14 year career in education.
I specialize in homes located in northwest Austin, west Austin and the Lake Travis area, including the rural communities surrounding Lake Travis.
I strive for respect in the real estate industry through my integrity and commitment to helping my clients. I enthusiastically look forward to working with people of all ages by understanding the differing needs of young familiies and those anticipating or already enjoying retirement. My ability to listen and understand the needs of others helps me provide exemplary service.
A native Texan, I grew up in the small Texas town of Kenedy and attended Texas State University; graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Education. I taught elementary and middle school children in Houston for 5 years, moved to Austin in 1988 and taught for 8 more years after that. Austin has been a great place to raise my two beautiful daughters.
I have diverse interests outside my profession that include a passion for wake boarding, surfing, watching sports events, gardening, movies, golf, classic cars and volunteering for charities and my daughters' schools.
I am also the president of Networking Northwest Austin (NWNWA), which I founded to build close business and personal relationships with the belief in business by referrals. We have a member base of caring, positive, involved people who not only want to build their businesses, but find their strength in the support and building of the individual in the networking group. This is our way of KEEPING AUSTIN GREEN.
My continuous success is the result of my extensive knowledge of the Austin real estate market, my effective communication skills and my respect for the confidentiality of those whom I represent.
